After a successful 20-year career in corporate sales and advertising with Global 500 companies, Marci Clark transitioned into real estate to combine her expertise in marketing, negotiation, and relationship-building with her passion for helping people navigate life's most important decisions.

Since earning her real estate license in 2016, Marci has helped buyers and sellers achieve their goals through personalized service, strong communication, and strategic guidance. During her real estate career in Colorado, she closed $67 million in sales volume which earned her recognition as part of the Top 10% of REALTORS® in the Pikes Peak Region. She was also a member of ERA Leaders Circle and beginning in 2022 she ranked as one of the top producing agents at ERA Shields earning her admission into the coveted Peak Producers. 

In 2025, Marci relocated to Huntsville when her husband's assignment with Space Command brought their family to North Alabama. Having personally experienced the challenges and excitement of relocating, she understands that moving is about more than finding a house—it's about finding a community and creating a place to call home.

Today, Marci specializes in buyer relocations, military moves, corporate relocations, active adult buyers, and first-time homebuyers. As the spouse of a military retiree and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), she has a unique understanding of the needs of military families, defense professionals, aerospace employees, and technology professionals relocating to the Huntsville area.
